Nach dem plötzlichen Tod ihres Mannes beschließt eine 75-jährige Frau
ihre Heimatstadt Wien zu verlassen und zu ihrer Familie nach Israel zu
ziehen. Während ihrer letzten Woche in der Stadt wird sie von ihrer
Enkelin beim Kofferpacken beobachtet. Bis zur Abreise muss die alte
Frau mit ihren Gefühlen und auch mit dem Abschiednehmen zu Rande
kommen. Die Wohnung ist fast leer geräumt und alles, was sich in einem
Menschenleben ansammelte, wurde nahezu vollständig weggegeben.
A lonely woman at the age of 75, living in Vienna, is packing up to leave
the apartment she has lived in for more than fifty years. After the sudden
death of her husband, she wants to move to Israel, where she has a son
and grandchildren. Now she must come to terms with the loss of her
husband and her relationship with her family. The flat is almost empty
and all things which mattered in the lives of the couple were taken away.
